Stage 1
Learn customer's basic information, including the effect vision of the picture , project profiles, analysis and planning,have a preliminary understanding of the project.
Stage 2
Organize planning staff to discuss the research, including project's surroundings , the progress of the project, project analysis, and offer a conceptual plan.
Stage 3
Discuss the conceptual plan with party A, including the theme, the length of the film ,the time of production, the format and other additional supporting plans.
Stage 4
PartyB modifies the initial plan, and after the initial establishment of the production plan , the two parties signe production contract.
Stage 5
PartyB completes the final plan according to the discussion, including the lens script, the specific timetable of production, then report Party A to ratify.
Stage 6
PartyB commence production, after about 1/3 of production time, the three-dimensional model is established, the two parties jointly confirm the correctness of the model.
Stage 7
About 2/3 of the production time elapses, preview scenes are completed. The two parties co-examine the preview scenes to make sure whether they accord with the final script identified by the two parties.
Stage 8
PartyB completes the film on the whole,and after PartyA and PartyB's co-examination,the film is eventually modified.
Stage 9
Completion of a film,submit it to PartyA, begin to offer PartyA other services promised to provide in the contract.
